Harrison Allen, a Warwick resident and Civil War veteran carried this 38 star U.S. flag for many years in the Memorial observances. The flag is also in room 1A.
This picture is framed and hangs on the north wall of room 1a.
Flag with 38 stars carried in Warwick Memorial Services from 1870-1935.
For many years it was carried by Harrison Allen who was a Civil War veteran.
He was also a member of the White House Guard when Lincoln was assassinated.
