'
24 year old Henry Manning died on Sept 4, 1868, in Warwick. An interesting story of his Civil War service with the 24th regiment is detailed in this obituary.

Two copies of a handbill for George S. Cook for Councilman. "Caucus Tuesday Evening, Nov 15. Carew Street School. The name of Geo. S. Cook stands for a furtherance of business prosperity in Ward One, for the patronage of home industries and labor, and for an early extension of Birnie Ave. to Fulton Street. Mr. Cook has had several years of business experience and is a promising candidate for the office he seeks."

A handwritten genealogy of the Leonard family. Solomon Leonard was born about 1610 in England and was one of the earliest settlers in this country. A descendant settled in Warwick around 1778
