1. August 22nd, 1862. Certifies that Amos A. Taylor has been mustered into the service of the United States Of America for three years service as a part of the quota of Warwick.
2. August 14th, 1862. Certifies that James A. Williams, Ebenezer Goodwin, Alexander Cooper, Jesse I. Bridges, John Farnsworth, James D. Putnam, George B. Cobb, S. T. Underwood, Alfred E. Houghton, and Lafayette Nelson, have been mustered into the service of the United States for a term of three years.
3. August 20th, 1861. "This is to certify that Alexander Cooper enlisted into my Company on the 15th of July last and was mustered into the service of the United States immediately after." Signed, George W. Rockwood. 15th regiment.

Four page letter from Adjutant-General's Office, dated June 24, 1864 to the governor of Massachusetts concerning complaints "that certain towns have enlisted and paid local bounties to men whose names appear upon the Muster Rolls as from one town and upon the Description Rolls as from another." The adjutant-general feels that the cause of discrepancies has been the "free use of money by trading with brokers and swindlers. And the remedy is, not to pay a cent of bounty or premium until the recruit is mustered in; and then to pay it to the recruit, and not to the broker."
